Apostille a Business Document

Whether you're opening a foreign subsidiary, signing an international contract, or registering a US company abroad, business documents need an apostille to be legally recognized in another country.

What you need

  • One of: Certificate of Incorporation, Articles of Organization, Certificate of Good Standing, Bylaws, Operating Agreement, Commercial Invoice, or other commercial contract.
  • Document must be notarized OR certified by the state (e.g., a "certified copy" from the Secretary of State's office).
  • The state of incorporation or notarization.

State-certified vs notarized

Some documents (like a Certificate of Good Standing) come pre-certified directly from the Secretary of State and don't need notarization. Others (like contracts or board resolutions) need notarization first. We'll guide you.

Yes. Add multiple documents to a single order, or contact us for high-volume corporate orders.

The destination country isn't in the Hague Convention — what now?
